Consolidated Picking - Items

This tab show the items that have been added to the Consolidated Picking transaction.

IPN

The IPN of the item to be picked. You cannot add a new IPN. These are added by the system when a Transfer Send transaction is added to the transaction.

Order Code

The order number for the item.

Description

The description for the item. This is automatically set by the system.

Location

The location that requested the stock.

Carton Size

The carton size of the item. This is automatically set by the system.

Units Sent

The number of units that will be sent. When this is entered the system will automatically calculate the Cartons Sent. Once the transfer has been marked as 'Sent', you cannot change this.

Cartons Sent

The number of cartons that will be sent. When this is entered the system will automatically calculate the Units Sent. Once the transfer has been marked as 'Sent', you cannot change this.

Units Requested

The number of units requested. When this is entered the system will automatically calculate the Cartons Requested.

Cartons Requested

The number of cartons requested. When this is entered the system will automatically calculate the Units Requested.

Transfer Reference

If the stock was sent in multiple cartons, this will be the number of the carton the stock was sent in.

Status

Each item has a status. This allows the system to have multiple Transfer Send transactions for the one Transfer Request. As the stock for a Transfer Send transaction is received, the Transfer Request can be updated to show those items have been received and that there are other items still to be received.

Requested

Stock has been requested. This is the initial status of all items as they are added to the transaction.

Picked

Indicates the stock has been picked and ready to ship.

Accepted

When the user presses the Accept button, all items marked as Picked will be processed and the status of the item will be updated to Accepted. If all items have a Received status the status of the entire transaction will be changed to Accepted. If some items are still not received, the transaction status will change to Picking.

Lines marked as Accepted cannot be changed.

Transfer Send#

The Transfer Send from which this item was added.
