This function is used to print tickets. It can print tickets that were generated as part of overnight processing or it can be used to generate new tickets which are then printed.

Tickets are grouped into batches. You might have a batch of tickets for new items and another batch of tickets for price increases. Each batch is listed in the grid.
Status |
The current status of the ticket batch.

The unique number for this ticket batch. |

Description |
A general description of the tickets in the batch. |

Location |
The location for which the ticket batch is required. |
||||||
Label Code |
The type of label that will be printed for this batch. |
||||||
Date |
The date/time the batch was created. |
||||||
Date Effective |
To allow the printing of labels showing prices that are effective from a future date. |
||||||
Total Tickets |
The total number of tickets in the batch. |
||||||
Comments |
General comments about the ticket batch. |
||||||
Type |
The type of tickets in the batch. This will be ITEM to indicate the tickets contain item information. |
Across the top of the screen are buttons that allow you to work on those batches. Generally you click the batch you want to action and press a button. Many of the buttons will allow you to work on more than one batch at a time. While holding the Ctrl key down, click on each required batch.

Press this button to create a new ticket batch. The Ticket Batch window will be displayed. |

Press this button to edit the highlighted ticket batches. The Ticket Batch window will be displayed. |

Press this button to delete the highlighted ticket batches. |

Press this button to generate and preview a report containing the tickets in the highlighted ticket batches. |

Press this button to generate and print a report containing the tickets in the highlighted ticket batches. |
|
Press this button once the tickets have been hung on the shelves. The pricing associated with these ticket batches will be sent to DynaPOS. |
Location |
By default, all ticket batches are shown. To see ticket batches for a specific location, enter the location code and press the Refresh button. |

Press this button to update the list of ticket batches. |
