How Do I Add A New Customer?

This section describes how to add a new customer to the system. It does not describe how to give the customer an account - that is covered in How Do I Set Up A Customer Account?

Select the Customers task from the Main Menu.

Start the Customers task from the menu.

Click the New button.
 The following window is displayed:

The system assigns a new number to the customer automatically. Go through and fill in the remaining details such as name, address and contact details.

If the customer will be given a membership card click the btnSmallNew.gif (1125 bytes) in the Member Cards section. Enter the card details and Save the information.

Click the Save button.
