If you would like to import Loyalty members into your system then this is possible via the Import Members function. Below is the format of the comma delimited file which the member data needs to be formatted to.

Member’s location. This must be a valid store location code within POS BE. If this field is not populated then you can set the Location via the location field on the Import Members screen. |

The Member’s gender. Must be in the format of ‘M’ or ‘F’. |

The current value of points loaded since the To Date Value From below. So you can say the user has earned 1000 points since 10/4/2009. This can be used when determining upgrade/downgrade requirements. See Upgrading/Downgrading Members for details. |
