How Do I Record Petty Cash Purchases?

A Paid Out transaction is used to record petty cash purchases, pay a tradesman, and so on. All paid outs will automatically populate the current weeks banking reports on the back office.

Press the Activity button.

Press the Supervisor button.

Type in your password and press the OK button.

Press the Adjust Till button.

Press the Paid Out button.

Select the reason for the adjustment from the list of buttons displayed on the right side of the screen.

Type in the amount you have taken from the till drawer and press the OK button.

Press the Exit button to return to exit the supervisor mode.

Print out a receipt using the Receipt Last option, and attach it to the shop receipt. The receipt has 'Paid Out' printed on it and the amount that was taken from the till drawer.
