Kits - Items

The Kit function allows you to create or break kits (see Kits for more details). You create a kit transaction and then specify all the kit items that are to be adjusted. This tab will allow you to enter the kit items that are to be adjusted.

IPN

The IPN of the kit item being adjusted. When you add an item, a popup window will ask for the kit IPN and the quantity to adjust. A grid in this window will show the ingredients in the kit item. You can't edit the grid details, they are shown for information only. As well as the standard IPN, Order Code and Description, the grid will show:

Adjust Qty

The actual quantity of stock to be adjusted for the ingredient item. So if there is 3 units of the ingredient on the kit (see Qty/ Single Kit below)and we want to create 4 kits, this quantity will be displayed as 12.

Qty/ Single Kit

The number of units of the ingredient in one kit. This is the ingredient quantity entered in the Items function for the ingredient.

Current SOH

The current SOH of the ingredient item at the time the item was added to the transaction.

Order Code

The order code of the kit item being adjusted.

Description

The item description.

Adjust Qty

The quantity of the kit item to create or break.

Current SOH

The current SOH of the kit item at the time the item was added to the transaction.
