Family Statistics

This function allows you to view various statistics for items in a family group. See Family Statistics.

Select Statistics For

This section allows you to select the range of statistics you want to see.

Family Group

You must enter the family group you want to examine.

Location

The location you want to examine. If this is a group, all locations within the group will be selected.

Period Range

This will default to the current week. A From and To period can be selected. There is a button available for the From Period. If you click this, a form will be displayed allowing you to select the type of period you are interested in. The system will then automatically fill in the From and To periods.

Date Range

This option allows you to select statistics for the specified date range. To use this, check on the Date Range option and enter the from and to dates. When you select this option, you cannot select from and to periods.

Row Data

You have two combo boxes which you can use to control how the data will be grouped on the rows. The data will be grouped by the data type specific in the first combo box. It will then be grouped by the option selected in the second combo box. You don't have to select a second option if you don't require it.

Column Data

You have two combo boxes which you can use to control how the data will be grouped on the columns. The data will be grouped by the data type specific in the first combo box. It will then be grouped by the option selected in the second combo box. You don't have to select a second option if you don't require it.

Details To Show

This section allows you to select the actual data you want to see in the statistics grid.

Sales

Check this option on to see sales.

GP

Check this option on to see gross profit dollars.

Qty Sold

Check this option on to see quantity sold.

SOH

Check this option on to see the current stock on hand.

Graph

This section allows you to set up the graph of the data.

Sales

Check this on to see sales on the graph. Note, you must have checked on Sales in the Details To Show section above.

GP

Check this on to see gross profit on the graph. Note, you must have checked on GP in the Details To Show section above.

Qty Sold

Check this on to see quantity sold on the graph. Note, you must have checked on Qty Sold in the Details To Show section above.

SOH

Check this on to see stock on hand on the graph. Note, you must have checked on SOH in the Details To Show section above.

Column Totals

Check this on to see a bar chart, where a bar is generated for each of the column totals.

Row Totals

Check this on to see a bar chart, where a bar is generated for each of the row totals.

Details

Check this on to see a bubble chart. A circle is drawn for each cell. The size of the circle is relative to the value in that cell. The larger the value, the larger the circle.

Buttons

Use the buttons to get further access to the data.

Press this to print the statistics to a report.

Press this to generate a report for the statistics and then view the report on the screen.

Press to export the statistics data to a CSV file for use in Excel.

Once you have finished setting the various options, press the Statistics button. This will obtain the required statistics and update the grid and graph.
