All reports have the same format. The first page is a summary of what the report contains.
Note: A non-generic printer driver (added when a printer is installed) is required for the report columns to be formatted and aligned correctly.
Details unique to the first page include:
Full Report Parameters |
All the parameters used to select the information which appears on the report are listed in detail. |
Report Function |
This section describes the contents of the report. |
Other features on the first page will also appear on all other pages.
Report Code |
This is a unique code that identifies the report for computer programmers. |
Report Title |
The name of the report. |
The remaining pages are dedicated to the actual report content.
There is a header at the top of each page to label the columns and
the rest of the page is the actual report detail.

The time the report was actually generated. |
