ALLOCDETAIL

Not currently used.

An allocation consists of a header record to group the allocation details together (ALLOCHEADER), at least one record for each item to be allocated (ALLOCITEM) and at least one record showing how an item is allocated to various locations (ALLOCDETAIL).

The landed cost of the item at the location. This value is obtained from the STORERNG record.

INTCARTONSIZE

DECIMAL(9,3)

The carton size of the item at the location. This value is obtained from the STORERNG record.

DBLRATEOFSALE

DECIMAL(19,4)

The rate of sale of the item at the location. This value is calculated on values from STATITEM for the period range indicated in the ALLOCITEM record.

DBLSTOCKONHAND

DECIMAL(19,4)

The stock on handt of the item at the location. This value is obtained from the STORERNG record.

DBLSTOCKCOVER

DECIMAL(19,4)

The current stock cover based on (dblStockOnHand/dblRateOfSale)

DBLREQUIREDUNITS

DECIMAL(19,4)

The number of units required to bring stock up from the current dblStockCover to ALLOCITEM.dblMaximumStockCover.

DBLALLOCATEDCARTONS

DECIMAL(19,4)

The actual number of cartons allocated. This system initially calculates this based on the dblRequiredUnits and intCartonSize, but it can be changed by the user.

DBLALLOCATEDUNITS

DECIMAL(19,4)

The actual number of units allocated. Calculated by the system as dblAllocatedCartons * intCartonSize.
