AUDITCHG

When certain actions occur on certain transactions, a record is written here to indicate that something has happened. AUDITTABLE tracks more general purpose audit events.

Description

CTRCODE

BIGINT

A unique number assigned by the system.

STRSOURCE

VARCHAR(10)

A code indicating the source of the record, for example DISCOUNT = Discount, STKA=Stock Adjustment, POS = Point Of Sale.

STRREFERENCE

VARCHAR(20)

The code of the record that was changed. If the STRSOURCE was 'DISCOUNT', this would be the discount code. If STRSOURCE was 'STKA', this would be the stock adjustment transaction number.

STRACTION

VARCHAR(10)

The action that was performed.

FIND  

The transaction was retrieved

NEW  

New transaction was added.

SAVE  

A transaction was changed.

DELETE  

The transaction was deleted.

RELOAD  

The POS did a reload.

DTMWHEN DATETIME The local date/time the action was performed.
STRWHO VARCHAR(20) The user who performed the action.
DTMSERVERWHEN DATETIME The server date/time the action was performed.
STRCOMPUTERID VARCHAR(38) The computer id where the action was performed.
STRTASK VARCHAR(50) The task, that is the program/function, which performed the action.

STRTRADECODE

VARCHAR(10)

The computer location where the action was performed.

MEMCHANGES

TEXT

Shows the list of changes made to the record. Shows each field with the old and new value. Not used by all processes.
