AUDITTABLE

As certain actions are performed they are recorded in this table. Data related actions, such as retrieving a transaction, adding a transaction, modifying a transaction, and so on are logged in AUDITCHG.

A system assigned GUID code which ensures the record is unique.

DTMAUDIT

DATETIME

The date/time the audit event was recorded.

STRTRADECODE

VARCHAR(10)

The location for which the event was recorded

STRTYPE

VARCHAR(1)

The type of audit message.

General audit message/warning message.

An error message.

A program was started

T  

A program was stopped.

STRUSER VARCHAR(20) The user who logged the event.
STRTASK VARCHAR(50) The task, that is program/function, which generated the audit event.
STRDESCRIPTION VARCHAR(255) The audit message If STRTYPE is 'P' or 'T', this is the name of the program that was executed.
STRRECORDKEY VARCHAR(10) Not currently used.
STRERRORCODE VARCHAR(63) Not currently used.
DTMSTARTED DATETIME The date/time the program was started. This is only recorded where STRTYPE = 'T'.
DTMENDED DATETIME The date/time the program was finished. This is only recorded where STRTYPE = 'T'.

CTRCODE

INT

A unique number assigned by the system.

MEMDEBUGINFO

TEXT

Used for error records. It will contain a debug log if available.

STRTILLCODE

VARCHAR(10)

The till code, if any, from where the record was logged.

STRCOMPUTERNAME

VARCHAR(50)

The name of the computer from where the record was logged.

DTMSERVER

DATETIME

Date/time the record was inserted into the database.
