MARGINDEPT

These are used to record default margins for a department/category/group. Default margins can also be set at the item level in the MARGINITEM table.

Margins for the department/category/group will be used before a department/category margin.

Column Type Description
STRSTORECODE VARCHAR(10) The location this default margin is to be used for. This can be a specific store or a group.
TRADUNIT.strTradeCode
CTRCODE INT Unique number assigned by the system.
STRDEPTCODE VARCHAR(10) The department this margin belongs to.
DEPT.strDeptCode
STRCATCODE VARCHAR(10) The category this margin belongs to.
CATEGORY.strCatCode
STRGROUPCODE VARCHAR(10) The group this margin belongs to.
GROUPS.strGroupCode
DBLMARGIN1 DECIMAL(19,4) The default margin to be used for Sell Price 1.
DBLMARGIN2 DECIMAL(19,4) The default margin to be used for Sell Price 2.
DBLMARGIN3 DECIMAL(19,4) The default margin to be used for Sell Price 3.
DBLMARGIN4 DECIMAL(19,4) The default margin to be used for Sell Price 4.
DBLMARGIN5 DECIMAL(19,4) The default margin to be used for Sell Price 5.
STRSUBGROUPCODE VARCHAR(10) The subgroup this margin belongs to.

STRMARGINCALC1 VARCHAR(1) '0' indicates that dblMargin1 should be used to calculate the sell as a margin on cost.
STRMARGINCALC2 VARCHAR(1) '0' indicates that dblMargin2 should be used to calculate the sell as a margin on cost.
'1' indicates that sell should be calculated by adjusting sell 1 by dblMargin2.
STRMARGINCALC3 VARCHAR(1) '0' indicates that dblMargin3 should be used to calculate the sell as a margin on cost.
'1' indicates that sell should be calculated by adjusting sell 1 by dblMargin3.
'2' indicates that sell should be calculated by adjusting sell 2 by dblMargin3.
STRMARGINCALC4 VARCHAR(1) '0' indicates that dblMargin4 should be used to calculate the sell as a margin on cost.
'1' indicates that sell should be calculated by adjusting sell 1 by dblMargin4.
'2' indicates that sell should be calculated by adjusting sell 2 by dblMargin4.
'3' indicates that sell should be calculated by adjusting sell 3 by dblMargin4.
STRMARGINCALC5 VARCHAR(1) '0' indicates that dblMargin5 should be used to calculate the sell as a margin on cost.
'1' indicates that sell should be calculated by adjusting sell 1 by dblMargin5.
'2' indicates that sell should be calculated by adjusting sell 2 by dblMargin5.
'3' indicates that sell should be calculated by adjusting sell 3 by dblMargin5.
'4' indicates that sell should be calculated by adjusting sell 4 by dblMargin5.
STRMANUFACTURER VARCHAR(10) The manufacturer to which the margin rule applies.
SUPPLIER.strSupplierCode
DTMSTART DATETIME The date the margin rule becomes effective. If left empty then always effective.
DTMEND DATETIME The date the margin rule expires. If left empty then never expires.
STRCLASSCODE VARCHAR(10) The classification this margin belongs to.
CLASSIFICATION.strClassCode
