POSCREDITENTRY

A POSCREDIT is a gift certificate or credit note. This table keeps details about bulk created gift certs/credit notes or gift certs/credit notes which have been marked as lost or stolen.

Column Type Description
CTRCODE INT Unique number assigned by the system.
STRTRADECODE VARCHAR(10) Location where the record was created.
TRADUNIT.strTradeCode
STRTYPE VARCHAR(10) The type of POSCREDIT being adjusted. 

GIFT=Gift Certificate

CN=Credit Note

INTREASON INT The reason for creating this record.

1=Bulk create
2=Lost
3=Stolen

STRPOSCREDITFROM VARCHAR(10) The first number in the range of gift cert/credit notes.
STRPOSCREDITTO VARCHAR(10) The last number in the range of the gift cert/credit notes.
DTMWHEN DATETIME The date the record was created.
STRWHO VARCHAR(20) The user who created the record.
MEMCOMMENT TEXT A comment about why this record was created.
LINTITEMNUMBER INT If the record was being used to bulk create gift cert/credit notes, this is the number of the item that was created.
ITEM.lintItemNumber
CURVALUE DECIMAL(19,4) If the record was being used to bulk create gift cert/credit notes, this is the value of the gift cert/ credit note.
DTMEXPIRY DATETIME If the record was being used to bulk create gift cert/credit notes, this is the expiry date of the gift cert/ credit note.
