REPORTDISTRIBUTION

This table contains details about reports which are to be distributed to other systems. The records are used by an end of day process to scan the current reports and move the report's qrp file to a unique recipient directory. The files can then be distributed by whatever means available.

Column Type Description

CTRCODE

INT(4)

A unique number assigned by the system to identify the record.

STRREPORTNAME

VARCHAR(50)

The name of the report to be distributed.

PROCESS.strReportName

INTLOCATIONPARAM

INT(4)

Each report can have up to fifteen parameters associated with it. This field contains a number which indicates the parameter in which the location is contained. This can then be used to determine which location the report is to be distributed to. For example,  if the location is in PROCESS..strParam2, this field would contain 2.

INTHOURS

INT(4)

How old the reports can be which are to be distributed. When the end of day process is run to distribute the reports,  the system will look for any reports generated in the past x hours, where x is this number. Defaults to 24.
