STOCKENTRYSETUP

Contains a record for each location/inventory transaction to indicate how stock entry items can be imported into the system, for example PDE, CSV file.

Column Type Description

STRTRADECODE

VARCHAR(10)

The location the setup details are for

TRADUNIT.strTradeCode

STRSOURCE

VARCHAR(5)

A code identifying the inventory transaction type, for example TFRI=Transfer Request, TFRO=Transfer Send, STK=Stocktake

INTINPUTTYPE

INT(4)

Indicates the input method to use

0=Manual Data Entry
1=PDE
2=CSV File
3=KeyboardScanner

STRPDEVICE

VARCHAR(20)

If using a PDE, this will be the PDE device being used, for example Nippondenso

STRPDEPORT

VARCHAR(5)

If using a PDE, this will be the comm port the PDE device is connected to.

INTPDEBAUDRATE

INT(4)

If using a PDE, this will be the baud rate of the PDE device.

YSNPDEFLOWCONTROL

VARCHAR(1)

If using a PDE, this will be indicate if flow control is used. 'T' means flow control is required.

STRPDIMPORTDIRECTORY

VARCHAR(60)

If using a CSV file, this will be the default directory to look for CSV files in.

INTSEQAPN

INT(4)

Indicates the sequence of the APN column in the set of APN, Order Code and IPN. -1 means it is not used.

INTSEQORDERCODE

INT(4)

Indicates the sequence of the order code column in the set of APN, Order Code and IPN. -1 means it is not used.

INTSEQITEMNUMBER

INT(4)

Indicates the sequence of the IPN column in the set of APN, Order Code and IPN. -1 means it is not used.
